Field Service Technician
Role Responsibilities:
- Startup and maintain dust-extraction systems and related equipment at customer sites
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or control-system issues and perform repairs
- Provide remote and on-site customer support, including spare parts guidance
- Educate customers on proper equipment operation and basic troubleshooting techniques
- Maintain accurate service reports
Role Requirements:
- Technical certification or associate degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a similar trade
- Valid driver’s license required
- Minimum 2 years in field service, maintenance, or industrial technical support
- Experience with dust filtration, scrap handling, or recycling equipment is a plus
- Solid mechanical, electrical and IT systems troubleshooting abilities
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and service software systems (SIEMENS) is a plus
- Ability to work independently in the field and represent the company professionally
- Willingness to travel throughout the U.S. and occasionally Canada, including overnight stays
